Basic cake flavours are as follows:

Specialty flavours:

• Carrot with Cream cheese icing
• Black Forest with Cherries and Chocolate
• Tropical Delight with Pineapple and Coconut
• Dobos Torte with caramelized top
• Hungarian Walnut Torte
• Snicker's Delight with whipped cream

                        Fillings:                               

• Chocolate
• Vanilla
• Lemon
• Cherry
• Strawberry
• Raspberry

Icing:

• Vanilla or Chocolate Buttercream
• Vanilla Whipped Cream

I do use vanilla or chocolate FONDANT for Wedding Cakes and I will do a regular Celebration cake with it at your request for an extra charge depending on size, details etc.

       *Fondant is an icing that is rolled out and applied to the cake for a very smooth and elegant look.
