I have an amazing husband of 14 years and 2 wonderful boys who keep me busy when I am not occupied in the 1st or 2nd kitchen!

I would never have started my own home~based business if it wasn't for the full support and commitment of my husband Steve.

I started decorating cakes at my job over 10 years ago. I then moved on to a plant job which closed 2 years after I was employed and I was out of work the DAY we took possession of our first home.

My husband did tell me that this was "a sign", my "perfect opportunity" to start my own business!!!

Through a lot of stops and barriers that came with building my home-based business, less than one year after our plant closure.....Just Cakes was up and running.

I now have a wide variety of clients who e-mail me on a regular basis complimenting me on such a wonderful job I did for them and their families.

Those stories are what makes it all worth while.

I am self~taught with so many ideas that allow me to be creative in all of your decorating needs. I love a challenge and I will help make your day as special as you dreamt it to be!
